Need Travel Companion WASH DC IAD to Chennai Qatar Airways

My mom need to travel to Chennai anytime between July to Aug 2008, by qatar Airways from IAD to Chennai. She can't speak English and not comfortable travelling alone. I am looking for a travel companion for her.
